How small changes in daily habits make a huge improvement in self-growth? To understand this, I can refer to several literatures from Atomic Habits by James Clear through Tiny Habits: The Small Changes That Change Everything by BJ Frogg PhD to Habit Stacking by S.J. Scott there are several books which discuss daily habits.

Those little daily activities define our days and create our reality. If we want to improve, develop, or change, we need to change our daily tasks, to be able to change our story.

We can draft our story by creating a new storyline step by step, but we need full awareness.



Habit is a powerful concept that plays a significant role in shaping our lives.

Refers to the repetitive actions and behaviors that we perform on a daily basis, often without conscious thought.

Habits can be both

  • positive and negative,
  • influencing our productivity,
  • health, and
  • overall well-being.

Understanding the psychology behind habits and how they can be formed or changed is a fascinating field of study.

From a psychological perspective, habits are formed through a process of repetition and reinforcement, where consistent actions become automatic over time.

What are those small changes?

  • Don’t use a bed for working, laying too much decreasing, and destroying muscles.
  • Walk more thank 4000 steps everyday that’s around 30-45 mins.
  • Do exercises 3 times a week.
  • Eat raw food, cook meals if you can.
  • Talk with people, talking is important, you avoid a lot of news, good and sad things if you are not talking with someone, but talk a lot with others.
  • Sleep 8 h a day.
  • Do 3 to 5 things every day to feel you accomplished and it was a successful day.
  • Drink a lot of water.
  • Help on someone if you can.
  • Use a habit tracker app to track you habits.
  • Be a little bit more open-minded and understanding towards others.
  • Do something differently every day, different music, reading, so have a routine in work and don’t have a routine in somethings else.
  • Buy a new home/room/car aromatizer whatever you prefer.
  • Enjoy sun whenever you can with suncream.
  • Enjoy the little things.
